The Catnic CXL350 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel is engineered for builders and contractors working on demanding structural projects requiring robust support across wide openings. At 6600mm in length, this lintel is ideal for cavity walls between 150-165mm with an inner leaf thickness of 110-115mm. Supplied with a post-galvanised finish, it ensures long-lasting durability on site.

Application

This lintel is perfect for use in structural cavity wall construction where extreme loading conditions apply, such as large window or door openings in residential and commercial builds. It must be installed with lateral restraint and a minimum 200mm bearing at each end to safely transfer heavy loads. The lintel accommodates inner to outer leaf load ratios between 5:1 and 19:1, making it suitable for varied masonry configurations.
