The Catnic CXL350 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel is engineered for demanding structural applications where heavy loads must be safely supported. Designed specifically for cavity walls with 150-165mm width and an inner leaf thickness of 110-115mm, this 5500mm lintel is a reliable choice for contractors and developers tackling serious build projects. Please note, a separate flexible DPC is required during installation and is not included.

For optimal performance, ensure lintel is laterally restrained with minimum 200mm end bearing supports, observing inner to outer leaf load ratios between 5:1 and 19:1. Expanded metal mesh is available as an optional extra, fixed to the base plate to enhance bonding with masonry. Bricks and DPC are not included with the lintel.
