Application

This lintel is intended for use in cavity walls with a 150-165mm cavity and an inner leaf thickness of 110-115mm, where extreme load capacity is essential. It is commonly employed in commercial and residential developments requiring heavy-duty lintels capable of supporting substantial structural loads, including over wide openings such as garage doors or large window apertures. The lintel must be laterally restrained and installed with a minimum 200mm end bearing to achieve specified load ratings.
