The Catnic CXL350 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel is a specialist structural support designed for demanding construction projects requiring superior load-bearing capacity. Ideal for builders, contractors, and site managers working with 150-165mm cavity walls and inner leaves of 110-115mm, this lintel combines strength and durability with a galvanised finish for long-lasting performance. Please note, a separate flexible damp proof course (DPC) must be installed during construction.

Application

This lintel is engineered for use in cavity wall construction where extreme load-bearing is required, such as large openings in residential or commercial buildings. It is especially suited for projects where lateral restraint and reliable end bearing of 200mm are essential to meet structural loading demands. Contractors will appreciate its compatibility with inner to outer leaf load ratios between 5:1 and 19:1, ensuring optimal performance under heavy structural stresses.
