The Catnic CXL350 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel is engineered for demanding construction projects requiring strong, reliable support over wider openings. Ideal for builders, contractors, and site managers working with 150-165mm cavity walls and a 110-115mm inner leaf, this lintel combines robust structural steel with a protective galvanised finish to ensure durability on site. Please note, a separate flexible damp proof course (DPC) must be installed during construction.

Application

This lintel is specifically designed to carry heavy structural loads in cavity wall construction, commonly used in commercial and residential developments where enhanced support is needed. It is suitable for openings such as large window or door frames where extreme load-bearing capacity is critical. The lintel requires lateral restraint and a minimum 200mm bearing at each end to perform effectively.
