The Catnic CXL350 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel is engineered for demanding construction projects requiring strong, reliable support across cavity walls. Ideal for builders, site managers, and contractors working with 150-165mm cavity walls and 110-115mm inner leaves, this lintel offers exceptional structural integrity and corrosion protection through its galvanised finish. Please note, a separate flexible damp proof course (DPC) must be installed during build.

Application

Specifically developed for heavy load-bearing cavity wall openings, this lintel suits projects where enhanced strength is critical, such as large window or door spans in residential or commercial builds. It ensures stability when properly installed with lateral restraint and adequate end bearing support of 200mm. The CXL350 can also be supplied with an optional expanded metal mesh plate fixed to the base for added masonry support.
