The Catnic CXL350 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel is engineered for demanding building projects requiring superior strength and durability. Ideal for builders, contractors, and site managers working with cavity walls of 150-165mm thickness and inner leafs measuring 110-115mm, this lintel offers reliable support for heavy structural loads. Please note, a separate flexible damp proof course (DPC) must be installed alongside the lintel.

Application

This lintel is specifically designed for use in high-load scenarios such as commercial and residential cavity wall construction where enhanced structural integrity is essential. It is commonly installed over openings like doors and windows, providing robust support to masonry above. The lintel’s universal beam section and structural steel plate ensure it can handle extreme loads when properly restrained with 200mm end bearings and appropriate inner to outer leaf load ratios.
