The Catnic CXL350 Extreme Load cavity wall lintel is engineered for builders and contractors tackling demanding structural projects. Its robust design and galvanised finish ensure lasting strength and corrosion resistance, making it an excellent choice for load-bearing openings in 150-165mm cavity walls with 110-115mm inner leaves. Please note, a separate flexible DPC must be installed during construction as this is not included.

For optimal performance, the lintel must be laterally restrained with 200mm bearing support at each end and installed with correct inner to outer leaf load ratios between 5:1 and 19:1. Optional expanded metal mesh attachment is available to enhance base plate anchorage if required.
