The Catnic CXL350 Extreme Load cavity wall lintel is engineered for demanding structural applications where strength and reliability are paramount. Ideal for builders and site managers working on substantial cavity wall projects, this lintel is supplied in a post galvanised finish to ensure long-lasting corrosion resistance. Please note, a separate flexible damp proof course (DPC) must be installed during construction as this is not included.

Application

This lintel is specifically designed for use in cavity walls with widths of 150-165mm and an inner leaf thickness of 110-115mm. It is suitable for heavy-duty load-bearing requirements on residential or commercial projects, providing critical support above openings such as windows and doors. Installation requires lateral restraint and minimum 200mm end bearing supports to achieve the specified load capacities.
