The Catnic CXL350 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel is engineered for demanding structural projects requiring reliable support over cavity walls between 150 and 165mm wide. At 2200mm long, this lintel is designed for contractors and site managers who need a robust, galvanised steel solution built to last. Please note, a separate flexible damp proof course (DPC) must be installed alongside this lintel during construction.

Application

This lintel is ideal for heavy-duty cavity wall construction where high load-bearing capability is essential. It supports inner leaves of 110-115mm thickness and is suited to projects requiring strong structural integrity, such as commercial builds or large residential developments. The lintel must be laterally restrained and have a minimum 200mm end bearing to achieve specified load ratios, ensuring safe and reliable performance under extreme loading conditions.
