Details

The Catnic CXL330 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel is engineered for demanding structural projects requiring robust support over wide openings. Ideal for builders, contractors and developers working on cavity walls between 130 and 145mm, this lintel offers exceptional strength and corrosion resistance thanks to its post galvanised steel finish. Please note a separate flexible DPC must be fitted during installation to ensure moisture protection.

Application

This lintel is suited for heavy-duty cavity wall constructions where considerable load-bearing capacity is essential, such as commercial developments, multi-storey buildings, and large residential projects. It is designed to span wide openings while providing reliable support for masonry above. To achieve the specified load capacity, the lintel requires 200mm minimum end bearing and lateral restraint on site.
