The Catnic CXL330 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel is engineered for builders and contractors requiring dependable support for heavy structural loads in cavity wall construction. At 6300mm in length, this lintel offers reliable performance for serious projects where strength and durability are essential. Please note that a separate flexible DPC must be installed on site during construction, as it is not included with the lintel.

Application

This lintel is specifically designed for cavity walls with a 130-145mm cavity and an inner leaf thickness of 110-115mm, making it ideal for commercial and residential developments that demand extreme load-bearing capacity. It is commonly used in openings such as large windows, doors, and other structural penetrations requiring robust steel support. The lintel must be laterally restrained and supported with at least 200mm bearing at each end to achieve the specified load ratings.
