Catnic CXL330 Extreme Load cavity wall lintel, 5750mm (18ft 10in) length for robust structural support.
Designed for 130-145mm cavity walls with 110-115mm inner leaf thickness.
Manufactured from Grade S275 structural steel with post-manufacture hot dip galvanising for durability.
Supports heavy loads with 200mm end bearing and lateral restraint required for optimal performance.
Note: A separate flexible DPC must be installed; optional expanded metal mesh is available.

Details

The Catnic CXL330 Extreme Load cavity wall lintel is engineered for demanding structural applications where exceptional load-bearing capacity is essential. Ideal for builders, contractors, and site managers working on cavity walls with inner leaf thickness between 110mm and 115mm and cavity widths of 130mm to 145mm. Please note, this lintel requires a separate flexible damp proof course (DPC) to be fitted on site.

Application

This lintel is specifically designed for use in heavy-duty cavity wall construction, supporting substantial structural loads such as large openings or heavy brickwork. It is suitable for projects where reliability and compliance with load ratios are critical, including commercial buildings and large residential developments. Installation must include 200mm end bearing supports and lateral restraints to ensure maximum performance.
