The Catnic CXL330 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel is engineered for demanding structural applications, ideal for builders and contractors working on cavity walls between 130mm and 145mm wide, with an inner leaf thickness of 110-115mm. Its robust construction and galvanised finish ensure long-term reliability on site. Please note a separate flexible DPC must be installed during construction for optimal performance.

Application

Designed to carry substantial loads in cavity wall construction, this lintel is suited to heavy masonry and structural brickwork projects where high performance is critical. It is commonly used in commercial and residential developments requiring strong lintel support above openings such as windows and doors. The lintel must be laterally restrained and installed with a minimum 200mm bearing at each end to meet the specified load capacities.
