Details

The Catnic CXL330 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel at 3750mm is built for demanding construction projects where heavy structural support is essential. Ideal for builders and site managers working on cavity walls with inner leafs between 110-115mm, it offers robust performance combined with long-term reliability. Please note, this lintel requires a separate flexible DPC to be installed during construction.

Application

Designed specifically for cavity walls with a 130-145mm cavity and an inner leaf thickness of 110-115mm, this lintel supports extreme loading conditions common in commercial and large-scale residential builds. It must be laterally restrained with a minimum 200mm end bearing on both sides and is suitable for use where inner to outer leaf load ratios range from 5:1 to 19:1. The lintel can also be supplied with optional expanded metal mesh fixed to the base plate for enhanced performance.
