Details

The Catnic CXL330 is a specialist extreme load cavity wall lintel tailored for builders and contractors handling demanding structural projects. At 2700mm length, it supports substantial loads safely across cavity walls with inner leaf thickness of 110-115mm and cavity widths of 130-145mm. Please note a separate flexible damp proof course (DPC) must be installed during construction.

Application

Ideal for use in heavy-duty cavity wall applications where high load capacity is essential, such as multi-storey developments or commercial builds. The lintel must be laterally restrained and installed with a minimum 200mm bearing at each end to achieve specified load ratings. It also requires an inner to outer leaf load ratio between 5:1 and 19:1 to ensure structural integrity.
