Note: Separate flexible DPC must be installed during construction; lintel supplied without DPC.

The Catnic CXL330 Extreme Load cavity wall lintel is engineered for demanding construction projects requiring superior load-bearing capacity. Perfect for builders, site managers, and contractors working with 130-145mm cavity walls and 110-115mm inner leafs, this lintel offers reliable structural support where heavy loads are involved. Please note, the lintel is supplied without a damp proof course (DPC), which must be installed separately during construction.

Application

This lintel is ideal for use in cavity wall construction where extreme loading conditions apply, such as multi-storey residential or commercial developments, heavy masonry openings, and structural walls with significant weight above. It requires lateral restraint and a minimum 200mm end bearing to achieve the specified load performance. Contractors will appreciate its robust design, ensuring long-term stability and compliance with building regulations.
