The Catnic CXL310 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel is engineered for demanding structural projects requiring exceptional load capacity. Suitable for builders, site managers, and contractors working with cavity walls between 110mm and 125mm, this lintel offers reliable support where heavy loads are involved. Please note, a separate flexible DPC must be fitted during installation to ensure proper damp-proofing.

This lintel is specifically designed for use in cavity wall constructions with inner leaves of 110-115mm and cavities of 110-125mm. It supports heavy structural loads, making it ideal for commercial and residential developments where extreme load-bearing capacity is essential. For enhanced stability, lintels must be laterally restrained with a minimum 200mm end bearing support and maintain inner-to-outer load ratios between 5:1 and 19:1. An optional expanded metal mesh can be supplied attached to the base plate for additional reinforcement if required.
