Details

The Catnic CXL310 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel at 6300mm is engineered for trade professionals requiring dependable support in challenging cavity wall builds. Its robust design and corrosion-resistant galvanised finish make it ideal for contractors and site managers working on heavy-duty structural projects. Please note, a separate flexible damp proof course (DPC) must be installed during construction to ensure optimal performance.

Application

This lintel is specifically made to carry exceptional loads over cavity walls with widths between 110 and 125mm, and inner leaf thickness from 110 to 115mm. It is suited to demanding structural elements such as large openings, multi-storey developments, and commercial builds where reliability under extreme load is critical. Installation requires lateral restraint and minimum 200mm bearing at each end for full load capacity.
