The Catnic CXL310 Extreme Load cavity wall lintel at 5900mm is engineered for contractors and developers working on projects requiring robust structural support. Ideal for cavity walls between 110-125mm, this lintel offers exceptional load capacity and corrosion resistance thanks to its post galvanised finish. Please note, a separate flexible damp proof course (DPC) must be installed during construction to ensure full protection.

Application

This lintel is tailored for heavy-duty cavity wall applications where extreme loading conditions are expected, such as large residential or commercial builds. It suits walls with an inner leaf thickness of 110-115mm and a cavity width of 110-125mm. The lintel must be laterally restrained and have a minimum 200mm end bearing support to achieve the specified load ratios, making it reliable for serious structural projects.
