The Catnic CXL310 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel at 4900mm is engineered to provide reliable support for heavy structural loads in cavity walls. Ideal for builders, contractors, and site managers working on demanding projects, this lintel combines robust materials with precise manufacturing standards. Please note, the lintel is supplied without a DPC; a separate flexible DPC must be installed during construction.

Application

This lintel is suited for cavity walls with a cavity width of 110-125mm and an inner leaf thickness of 110-115mm. It is specifically designed for extreme load-bearing requirements such as multi-storey developments, commercial buildings, and heavy masonry walls. To achieve its full load capacity, the lintel must be laterally restrained and have a minimum of 200mm end bearing supports. It is often used in projects where structural integrity and long-term reliability are critical.
