The Catnic CXL310 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel at 4850mm length is engineered for builders and contractors requiring dependable structural support in cavity wall construction. It’s a reliable choice for projects involving heavy masonry loads, manufactured to rigorous standards with a galvanised finish to withstand site conditions. Please note the lintel is supplied without a DPC, which must be installed separately during construction.

Application

This lintel is specifically designed for cavity walls with a 110-125mm cavity and inner leaf thickness between 110-115mm. It provides critical support over openings like doors and windows in load-bearing masonry walls, suitable for commercial and residential developments where extreme loading conditions apply. The lintel must have lateral restraint and a minimum 200mm bearing at each end to achieve its specified load capacities.
