The Catnic CXL310 Extreme Load cavity wall lintel is engineered for demanding structural applications where strength and reliability are critical. Ideal for builders, contractors, and site managers working on cavity walls with inner leaf thicknesses of 110-115mm and cavity widths between 110-125mm, this lintel ensures robust support for heavy loads. Please note a separate flexible damp proof course (DPC) must be installed during construction.

Application

This lintel is suited to heavy-duty cavity wall projects requiring extreme load capacity, such as multi-storey developments, commercial buildings, and high-spec residential builds. It provides dependable support over openings like large windows and doors, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with building regulations. The lintel must be laterally restrained and installed with a minimum 200mm bearing at each end for optimal performance.
