The Catnic CXL310 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel at 4250mm length is engineered specifically for builders and contractors handling heavy-duty structural requirements. Its robust design and galvanised finish ensure durability and reliability on site, making it a dependable choice for demanding cavity wall builds. Please note, a separate flexible damp proof course (DPC) must be installed during construction.

Application

This lintel is ideal for supporting openings in cavity walls with thicknesses between 110-125mm and an inner leaf of 110-115mm. It’s engineered to carry extreme loads in commercial or large-scale residential projects, where structural integrity is critical. Use on lintels requiring a universal beam section with 6mm steel plate reinforcement and ensure proper lateral restraint and end bearing support of at least 200mm for optimal performance.
