The Catnic CXL310 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel is engineered for demanding projects requiring robust support across cavity walls measuring 110-125mm. Ideal for builders, contractors and site managers working on substantial structural openings, this 4100mm lintel combines strength with durability, ensuring your build remains secure. Please note, a separate flexible DPC must be installed during construction to complete the cavity wall system.

Application

This lintel is specifically designed to carry heavy loads over cavity walls with an inner leaf thickness between 110-115mm, commonly found in commercial and residential developments. Its use is recommended in scenarios where high structural demands require extreme load-bearing capacity, such as large window or door openings. The lintel must be laterally restrained and installed with a minimum 200mm bearing at each end to achieve the specified load performance.
