Catnic CXL310 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel, 3600mm (11ft 10in) length for substantial structural support.
Suitable for cavity widths of 110-125mm and inner leaf thicknesses of 110-115mm, ideal for robust masonry construction.
Manufactured from Grade S275 structural steel with post-manufacture hot-dip galvanising for long-lasting corrosion resistance.
Optional expanded metal mesh can be supplied fixed to the base plate for enhanced bonding with surrounding materials.
A separate flexible DPC must be installed on site during construction to ensure damp proofing integrity.

The Catnic CXL310 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel at 3600mm is engineered for demanding structural applications where heavy loads are involved. Designed for builders, contractors, and site managers working with cavity walls between 110-125mm, this lintel offers reliable support with the added benefit of corrosion protection through galvanising. Please note a separate flexible damp proof course (DPC) must be fitted during installation.

Application

This lintel is ideal for use in cavity walls requiring extreme load-bearing capacity, commonly found in commercial and large-scale residential developments. It supports masonry over openings such as doors and windows, ensuring structural integrity where heavier materials or wider spans are involved. The optional expanded metal mesh improves mortar bonding for stronger wall construction.
