The Catnic CXL310 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel is engineered for demanding structural applications where heavy loads are expected. Ideal for builders, contractors, and site managers working on cavity walls between 110-125mm with inner leaves of 110-115mm, this lintel offers dependable strength and durability. Please note a separate flexible damp proof course (DPC) is required during installation.

Application

This lintel is designed to support extreme loads over cavity walls, commonly used in robust masonry construction projects such as commercial buildings or high-load residential developments. It requires lateral restraint and must have a minimum 200mm end bearing for optimal performance. It is suitable for use in cavity walls with inner to outer leaf load ratios between 5:1 and 19:1, ensuring structural integrity where heavy weight distribution is critical.
