The Catnic CXL310 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel at 2950mm is engineered for builders and contractors requiring robust support on cavity walls with inner leaves between 110-115mm and cavities from 110-125mm. Its heavy-duty construction and galvanised finish ensure dependable performance on serious structural projects. Please note, a separate flexible damp proof course (DPC) must be installed during construction to maintain building integrity.

Application

This lintel is suited for heavy load-bearing cavity walls, commonly used in commercial and residential developments where high structural demands exist. It provides essential support above openings such as doors and windows, ensuring load distribution across the wall. The lintel’s design accommodates lateral restraints and requires a minimum 200mm bearing at each end, making it ideal for projects where reliability and compliance with load ratios are critical.
