The Catnic CXL310 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel at 2900mm is engineered for demanding structural applications where high load capacity is essential. It is specifically designed for cavity walls of 110-125mm with an inner leaf thickness between 110-115mm, making it a reliable choice for contractors and developers working on serious building projects. Please note, a separate flexible DPC must be installed during construction as this is not supplied with the lintel.

Application

This lintel is ideal for supporting heavy masonry loads over openings such as large window or door frames in cavity wall constructions. It provides the necessary strength and durability for high-stress environments, including commercial and residential developments where structural integrity cannot be compromised. The lintel must be laterally restrained with a minimum 200mm bearing at each end to achieve the specified load ratings.
