The Catnic CXL310 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel at 2500mm is engineered for demanding structural applications where heavy loads are present. Ideal for builders, contractors, and site managers working on cavity walls between 110-125mm, this lintel offers robust support with reliable corrosion protection through its post-galvanised finish. Please note that a separate flexible DPC must be incorporated during installation to ensure moisture protection.

Application

This lintel is specifically designed for cavity walls with an inner leaf thickness of 110-115mm, supporting extreme load conditions commonly found in commercial and large residential developments. It is suitable for use in projects requiring high structural integrity, such as multi-storey buildings or where heavy masonry loads are expected. The lintel must be fully laterally restrained and installed with a minimum 200mm bearing at each end to achieve the specified load capacities.
