The Catnic CXL310 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel at 2450mm is engineered for demanding structural applications where exceptional strength and reliability are essential. Ideal for builders, contractors, and site managers working with cavity walls between 110 and 125mm, this lintel delivers robust support for serious building projects. Please note that a separate flexible DPC must be installed during construction to ensure durability.

Application

This lintel is specifically designed for cavity wall construction with an inner leaf thickness of 110-115mm. It is suited to projects requiring heavy load-bearing capacity, such as multi-storey developments or commercial builds. The lintel must be installed with a minimum 200mm end bearing and be laterally restrained to achieve the stated load capacities. It is also suitable for use where inner to outer leaf load ratios fall between 5:1 and 19:1.
