The Catnic CXL310 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel at 2100mm is engineered for demanding construction projects requiring robust support over wide masonry openings. Designed specifically for walls with a 110-125mm cavity and 110-115mm inner leaf, this lintel delivers reliable structural integrity with a galvanised steel finish to resist corrosion on site. Lengths are available in 50mm increments up to 6600mm, and an optional expanded metal mesh can be supplied fixed to the base plate for additional reinforcement. To meet load specifications, lintels must be laterally restrained with 200mm end bearing supports and appropriate inner-to-outer leaf load ratios between 5:1 and 19:1.
