The Catnic CXL290 Extreme Load cavity wall lintel is engineered for demanding structural applications where high load capacity is essential. Ideal for builders and site managers working on cavity walls with 90-105mm cavities and 110-115mm inner leafs, this lintel combines robust steel construction with corrosion-resistant galvanising to ensure long-term reliability. Please note a separate flexible damp proof course (DPC) must be installed during build, and images are for illustration purposes only.

Application

This lintel is suited for heavy-duty lintelling tasks in cavity wall construction, particularly where extreme load-bearing performance is required. Typically specified on commercial and residential projects involving masonry openings, it supports structural loads effectively when correctly installed with 200mm end bearings and lateral restraints.
