The Catnic CXL290 extreme load cavity wall lintel is engineered for contractors and site managers requiring dependable support over wide openings in cavity walls. Its 4750mm length makes it suitable for large spans where heavy structural loads are anticipated. Please note, a separate flexible damp proof course (DPC) must be installed during construction to protect the build.

This lintel is specifically designed for cavity walls with a 90-105mm cavity and an inner leaf thickness between 110-115mm. It supports substantial loads commonly encountered in commercial, industrial, and high-spec residential projects. The lintel’s robust construction ensures it can handle extreme loading conditions, provided it is installed with the correct bearing and lateral restraints. Ideal for use above wide openings such as windows, doors, or structural gaps where enhanced strength is critical.
