The Catnic CXL290 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel is engineered specifically for demanding construction projects requiring superior load-bearing performance. Ideal for builders and site managers working with 90-105mm cavity walls and 110-115mm inner leaves, this lintel delivers robust support with reliable corrosion resistance thanks to its galvanised finish. Please note, a separate flexible damp proof course (DPC) must be incorporated during installation to ensure moisture protection.

Application

This lintel is designed to carry heavy structural loads over cavity wall openings such as large windows and doorways in residential and commercial builds. It is suitable for use where substantial load ratios are needed, provided the lintel is laterally restrained and supported with a minimum 200mm end bearing. Contractors will appreciate its compatibility with typical cavity wall systems, ensuring dependable performance on serious projects.
