The Catnic CXL290 is a robust extreme load cavity wall lintel, engineered for builders and contractors working on demanding structural projects. Built to support heavy loads over 3000mm spans, this lintel is ideal for cavity walls with 90-105mm cavities and inner leaves between 110-115mm. Please note a separate flexible DPC must be installed during construction to ensure moisture protection.

Application

This lintel is designed for use in cavity wall construction where substantial load-bearing capacity is required. Suitable for commercial and large-scale residential developments, it supports masonry above openings such as doors and windows. The lintel must be laterally restrained and installed with a minimum 200mm bearing at each end for optimal performance. Its heavy-duty construction makes it reliable for serious projects where structural integrity is paramount.
