The Catnic CXL265 Extreme Load cavity wall lintel is designed for builders and contractors working on demanding structural projects requiring robust and reliable support. This 5900mm lintel is engineered specifically for cavity widths of 70-85mm and inner leaf thicknesses between 110-115mm, making it a smart choice for substantial masonry openings where extreme load capacity is essential. Please note, a separate flexible DPC must be installed during construction as this lintel does not include one.

Application

This lintel is ideally suited for heavy-duty cavity wall constructions where high load-bearing capacity is required, such as commercial buildings, multi-storey developments, and large residential projects. It provides structural support over wide openings in masonry walls, ensuring stability and durability. The lintel must be installed with 200mm minimum end bearing supports and lateral restraint to achieve the specified load ratings.
