The Catnic CXL265 is a robust extreme load cavity wall lintel ideal for builders and contractors working on demanding structural projects. Engineered for cavities between 70-85mm and inner leaf thicknesses of 110-115mm, this 5000mm lintel offers reliable support where heavy loads are expected. Please note, a separate flexible damp proof course (DPC) must be installed during construction.

Application

This lintel is specifically designed for use in cavity wall construction where extreme loading is involved, such as in large-scale residential or commercial developments. It’s suited for supporting masonry above openings like windows and doors, ensuring structural integrity under significant weight. The lintel requires proper lateral restraint and a minimum 200mm end bearing to perform as specified.
