The Catnic CXL265 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel is engineered for builders and contractors undertaking heavy structural work. With a length of 4200mm, this lintel is tailored to provide reliable support across wide openings in cavity walls where strength and durability are critical. Please note a separate flexible damp proof course (DPC) must be fitted alongside this lintel during installation.

Application

Specifically designed for cavity walls with a 70-85mm cavity and an inner leaf thickness of 110-115mm, the CXL265 lintel is ideal for use in commercial and residential developments requiring extreme load-bearing capacity. It is suitable for lintelling large window and door openings where superior structural integrity is essential. The lintel must be installed with lateral restraints and minimum 200mm end bearing supports to achieve specified load ratings.
