The Catnic CXL265 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel at 3300mm is a specialist structural component ideal for builders and contractors working on heavy load-bearing cavity walls. Designed with precision for 70-85mm cavities and 110-115mm inner leaf walls, this lintel offers reliable strength and durability on demanding projects. Please note, a separate flexible damp proof course (DPC) must be installed during construction to ensure proper moisture protection.

Application

This lintel is suited for use in cavity wall construction where extreme load-bearing capability is required, such as commercial developments, multi-storey residential buildings, and structural openings carrying significant weight. It supports masonry above doors, windows, and other openings, ensuring structural integrity where heavy loads are present. The lintel must be laterally restrained on site and bear on supports of at least 200mm to meet its load ratings.
