The Catnic CXL265 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel is engineered for demanding structural applications where heavy loads must be safely supported. Suited to builders, contractors, and site managers working on cavity walls with a 70-85mm cavity and inner leaf thickness of 110-115mm, this lintel offers a reliable and robust solution. Please note a separate flexible damp proof course (DPC) must be installed during construction to maintain moisture protection.

Important: To achieve the specified load capacities, lintels must be laterally restrained with 200mm minimum end bearing supports. Inner to outer load ratios should be maintained between 5:1 and 19:1. As an optional extra, expanded metal mesh can be supplied attached to the base plate for added reinforcement if required.
