The Catnic CXL240 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel at 6000mm is engineered for trade professionals needing reliable support in heavy-duty cavity wall builds. Its robust construction and galvanised finish ensure it withstands demanding site conditions. Please note, a separate flexible damp proof course (DPC) must be installed during construction.

Application

This lintel is ideal for contractors and site managers working on projects with cavity walls between 50 and 65mm and inner leaves of 110 to 115mm. It’s designed to carry extreme loads in structural walls, making it well-suited for commercial buildings, large residential developments, and other serious construction jobs. To perform as specified, the lintel requires a minimum 200mm end bearing and must be laterally restrained on site.
