The Catnic CXL240 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel at 5900mm is engineered for demanding structural projects requiring robust support across wide openings. Ideal for builders, contractors and site managers working on cavity walls with inner leafs between 110-115mm and cavities of 50-65mm, it offers exceptional strength and durability. Please note, a separate flexible DPC must be installed as part of the build.

Type

As an optional feature, these lintels can be supplied with expanded metal mesh fixed to the base plate for improved bonding with surrounding masonry. To meet load specifications, the lintel must be laterally restrained and supported with 200mm end bearings, maintaining inner to outer leaf load ratios between 5:1 and 19:1.
