The Catnic CXL240 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel at 5150mm length offers robust support for demanding masonry and cavity wall builds. Trusted by builders and contractors, this lintel is engineered to handle heavy loads within 50-65mm cavity walls and 110-115mm inner leaf thickness. Please note, a separate flexible DPC must be fitted during installation to ensure effective moisture barrier performance.

Application

Ideal for structural openings requiring extreme load capacity, such as large window and door spans in cavity wall construction. Suitable for residential and commercial projects where reliability and compliance with building standards are critical. The lintel must be installed with 200mm minimum end bearing supports and lateral restraint to meet specified load ratios.
