The Catnic CXL240 Extreme Load Cavity Wall Lintel at 4900mm is engineered for tradespeople and site managers working on demanding structural builds. Its robust design and galvanised finish make it a dependable choice for supporting heavy loads in cavity walls with specific dimensions. Please note, a separate flexible damp proof course (DPC) must be installed during construction.

Application

This lintel is tailored for use in cavity walls with a 50-65mm cavity and an inner leaf thickness of 110-115mm. It is ideal for builders and contractors requiring a strong, reliable lintel capable of carrying extreme loads in external and internal wall openings. The lintel must be laterally restrained and supported with a minimum 200mm end bearing to meet load specifications, making it perfect for serious structural projects such as commercial or large residential developments.
