The Catnic CXL240 Extreme Load cavity wall lintel is engineered for builders and contractors requiring reliable support over large openings in cavity walls. At 4650mm length, this lintel is designed to carry substantial structural loads while ensuring long-term durability on site. Please note, a separate flexible damp proof course (DPC) must be installed as part of the build.

Ideal for use in cavity walls with a 50-65mm cavity and an inner leaf thickness of 110-115mm, this lintel is suited to commercial and residential construction projects where heavy loading is expected. It provides robust support over doorways, windows, and other large openings, ensuring structural integrity under demanding conditions. Its design requires proper lateral restraint and 200mm end bearing to achieve specified load capacities.
