The Catnic CXL240 Extreme Load cavity wall lintel is engineered for demanding structural applications where high load capacity and reliability are essential. This 3000mm lintel suits builders, contractors, and site managers working on cavity walls with a 50-65mm gap and 110-115mm inner leaf thickness. Please note the lintel is supplied without a DPC, which must be installed separately on site.

Application

Ideal for use in heavy-duty cavity wall construction, the CXL240 lintel supports significant structural loads such as above wide openings or where walls carry substantial weight. It requires lateral restraint on installation and 200mm bearing at each end to meet load specifications. This lintel is well suited to commercial and residential developments demanding robust, reliable support where safety and durability are priorities.
