Please note, a separate flexible damp proof course (DPC) must be installed during construction to ensure moisture protection.

Application

This lintel is specifically designed for cavity walls with a cavity width between 50mm and 65mm and an inner leaf thickness of 110mm to 115mm. It is commonly used in commercial and residential developments where extreme load-bearing capacity is essential, such as over large window or door openings. The lintel requires lateral restraint and must be supported with a minimum of 200mm bearing at each end to achieve its specified load ratings.
