The Catnic CX70/100 Extra Heavy Duty Cavity Wall Lintel at 1650mm length is engineered for builders and contractors working on demanding cavity wall projects requiring superior load-bearing capacity. Application

This lintel is ideal for heavy-duty cavity wall openings in residential and commercial construction where inner leaf thickness ranges between 100 and 115mm, and cavity widths are 70 to 85mm. The integrated DPC simplifies installation by eliminating the need for separate damp proof courses, while the duplex corrosion protection extends the lintel’s lifespan in exposed or moisture-prone environments. Suitable for supporting brickwork or blockwork above door and window openings, it helps minimise cold bridging and supports internal insulation.
