The Catnic Extra Heavy Duty Cavity Wall Lintel CX50/125 at 4200mm length is engineered for builders and contractors requiring superior strength and reliability in cavity wall construction. Designed to support wide inner leaf walls while maximising thermal efficiency, this lintel combines practicality with durability. Please note, this lintel includes a built-in damp proof course and corrosion protection for extended service life.

Application

Ideal for structural openings in cavity walls with inner leaf thicknesses between 125mm and 140mm, this lintel supports heavy loads typically encountered in commercial and residential developments. The integrated DPC prevents moisture ingress, reducing cold bridging and enhancing insulation performance. Its extra heavy duty rating makes it suitable for use above large window or door openings where strength and stability are critical.
